Sergey is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA, UK) with international experience across European fintech and UAE / African financial services. He leads Consorata’s engagements personally — IFRS-led books, UAE Corporate Tax and VAT compliance, financial-statement preparation, and the UAE-side of international group structures.

How partner-led engagements work in practice
Partner-led at Consorata means the FCCA reviews substantive output before it leaves the firm — your CT return position, your audit-ready financial statements, your transfer- pricing documentation, your VAT Voluntary Disclosure analysis. Routine transactional work (bookkeeping entries, AR / AP reconciliations, payroll runs, VAT return data prep) is executed by the operational team, but always within a documented framework Sergey sets and reviews.
The 30-minute consultation is with Sergey, not a sales person. The first time we engage on a tax position is also with Sergey, not with someone whose name you have not heard before.
